Nairobi Intergrated Services IOP

It is the goal of Nairobi Integrated Services LLC to provide Addiction Recovery Treatment Services through Intensive Outpatient Services for individuals who are best served in the community. Nairobi Integrated Services Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) is an array of substance abuse services for adults ages 18 to 100, and youth ages 12 to 17 with serious substance abuse challenges. Nairobi provides intensive levels of support and services using elements within the surrounding environment to enhance day to day functioning. Our IOP services will provide Substance Abuse Services that include Outpatient Therapy, Individual Substance Abuse counseling, Substance abuse group counseling, Crisis management, and Peer Support Services for qualifying individuals. The Program services shall be provided through a designated multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals. Our service focus on providing treatment or the re-enforcement of functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual’s:  Health and safety  Activities of daily living and use of community resources  Assistance with medication management  Monitoring health, nutrition and physical condition  Providing coping skills to help overcome addictions to substances and  Education of Substance use and Abuse We are hoping to have this services available in the beginning of the fall of 2024
