There is a VASAP Client Program fee of $140 plus the fee for the assessment. Insurance accepted for assessments and individual treatments ONLY.
All treatment groups are self pay only ($45)
Clients Requiring Treatment are required to purchase the $30 Drug Screening Package.
The package includes 2 breathalyzer caps and the required random drug screen(s).
Replacement Breathalyzer caps are $5 each
